I have come to this place since I was a child. Howard's is one of those old fashioned mom and pop burger joints. I drive from out of town just to have one of their icecream cones (which is btw the best icecream ever) and delicious burgers. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair cement ramp. The girl at the counter was friendly. I had the steak sandwich, it was alright. The onion rings were the best part of my meal. I also ate a bite of my friend’s Texas toast and that was really yummy! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
