What User doesn't like about Nobu Fairmont Monte Carlo:
I am a guest of the hotel. Was looking forward to going to Nikki beach however U have have to book a bed in advance or risk not getting a bed at all!!! Lucky we came early enough to get a bed. To make things worse it is severely understaffed took over an hour to order water Shocking for a so called classy establishment. Amazing dinner. Even tho there was no gluten-free menu, staff was well prepared and made me feel very safe. In addition, got a nice GF dessert (chocolate cake vanilla ice cream). View all feedback.
