The Salon Rose is a hidden gem that many residents do not even know. You can have a luxurious lunch or dinner at one of the best locations in Monaco (Casino building) for a reasonable price. My personal favorites are grilled Lake Bass Filet with Ratatouille and beef burger with foie grass and (crispy) French french. The open kitchen allows you to see how the food is prepared. All (very friendly) waiters and chefs wear a mask right (sp. did, if necessary), something that is not common in many restaurants. The high ceiling means a lot of air, even in times of Covid good. In summer you can sit outside on a terrace.
A great culinary experience! Would definitely eat there again, because everything was just perfect. Also the Pommes were an amazing surprise so simple, but literally the best I ever tasted!
Nice restaurant. Yes, some things are expensive (coca cola! and others are excellent (pasta, desserts, but you do not feel demolished because it is really good. The pastas are delicious. Ratatouille was from this world (my daughter asked, she reminds you of childhood? And I answered, of course, two desserts. One was good, one was one of the perfectly balanced, creamy, taste bombs of Ecstasy I've ever eaten (a San Lorraine? . Servers were efficient and friendly. It wasn't pretentious at all. Very recommended.
Absolutely fabulous food and at a great price. Great service. This is an amazing experience in a fantastic building.
Best fries I have ever tasted! The service was great and the entry ticket could be used in part to offset the bill. The tartar was delicious (and handchopped). Prices are much lower than around Monaco in general and you get to avoid all the Scrooge McDucks that don't want to pay the 17€ entry fee for the casino (eliminates all the nastiest and shoulder-in-your-face-to-get-a-photo tourists). 10/10 would visit again for the fries, the view to the sea and the quiet.
