We were delighted by the dishes served, the flavors are perfectly balanced. We started with a spinach soup then we enjoyed the Usuzukuris, spicy salmon tartar, Nigiris, specially the butter fish and the tuna Teriyaki. My father is not a big sushi lover but was very pleased with a great Beef Steak with homemade fries. After dinner they offer a big selection of gin tonics and cocktails. I recommend to make a reservation.

Right in the ski village, Jinsei is small but welcoming, the menu options are delicious and innovative, it´s a foodie menu for sure, The waiting staff were very attentive and gave us some great suggestions for our menu choices. The food is absolutely delicious, and comes is tapas size portiions so that you can order several dishes and try a bit of everything. It is one of the more expensive restaurants in the resort, but I don´t mind paying if the food and service are excellent. We ski at the Sierra Nevada resort regularly and will go back for sure. You should reserve to ensure you get a table as the restaurant is small.
