Only now and again do you come across a dish about which you may say, this is as good as it gets , but the tortilla de queso which I enjoyed at El Mirador was quite perfect. We stopped for lunch during a drive through the beautiful Sierra Nevada National Park and found both the food and service to be excellent. The beer was good too!
