We ordered a Badia sandwich each and it sai... read more The 1 star I give is only for the location. My husband and I had lunch there today and it was a very bad experience. We ordered a Badia sandwich each and it said in the menu that it contained avocado. We could not see any avocado so I went in to the bar/kitchen and asked. First they tried to tell me that there was guacamole on it (no sign or taste of guacamole on the sandwich). Then the chef gave me some fresh avocado but it was all brown and over ripe, not edible. The worst thing was that the staff treated me in an disrespectful way. Just telling me that there wasn’t any other avocado to offer. I will certainly avoid this place in the future.

Totally sub standard for an overpriced restaurant.

But the interesting thing was that bill itself was correct but the amount on POS was two fold bigger. Finally they returned the money, but it is not acceptable, it is unprofessional and unacceptable.

DO NOT COME HERE. We arrived at 5:45pm. The waiters kept ignoring us. Extremely rude. How about just say Hi to your customer and perhaps tell them they need to wait a bit? We just kept standing there while there were several empty tables. Then after 15min, a male waiter came to tell us to wait 5 more minutes. After that we waited ANOTHER 15min, all together 30 minutes before we got seated. Once seated took us quite awhile to get a waiters attention to take the order. When he finally came to our table, he told us they have no pastas, only meat dishes (huh?! . A side note here that we already asked for the menu while we were standing waiting, had we known this we probably wouldn’t have waited all this time. He said the left QR code menu only serves meat dishes now, no more pastas. Anyway, as we checked he disappeared and it took us another 5 min to get hold of a waiter to come take our order. When the food finally arrived? Very mediocre. The cod was supposed to come with oranges and blueberries. Not a single blueberry to be seen on our plate. The seafood rice was just a lot of rice. This place really felt like a tourist trap, a nightmare experience. Do NOT come here, you’ve been warned.
