Penn Ave Pub - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Penn Ave Pub:
I ordered the Penn Ave Pub burger to go and it was not good. The fries were undercooked and the burger patty was frozen and tasted terrible. I took one bite and threw it all away. When the restaurant first opened, the burgers were fresh and made with a nice blend of brisket and chuck. Now it seems like everything is frozen. I would advise others to avoid eating here. I had a pretty good lunch at this restaurant last week. I was very happy with my meal. I ordered a provolone wheel as an appetizer and a meatball slider with fries, along with a diet soda. The presentation was beautiful, the meatballs were delicious, and the fries were freshly cut and perfectly cooked.
