The restaurant is clean and has a great staff. The sub had fresh veggies and it was clear that they took the time to carefully assemble it rather than just throwing the ingredients onto the bread.
Yelp asked me if this subway was elegant, and for a subway located in a gas station convenience store, I would say it's as elegant as it gets. I always make a stop here while conducting winter fieldwork in Mona, Utah for lunch and to write down my field notes. The food is consistently fresh, the staff is very friendly and generous with toppings. The place is also very clean.
