What User doesn't like about La Marlera Osteria:
very nice location, cared for and pleasant. You need to place in the square above the place as the latter is only accessible on foot. Excellent dishes of tradition and proper account. I recommend to the highest and leanest holder to have a less haughty attitude; It squeezes a bit with the rest of the environment. View all feedback.
We stopped here by chance during a bike tour, and while yes we were hungry, we had the best pasta (truffle and ravioli) during the entire trip! The server was super friendly and guided us through the menu. Highly recommended for anyone passing through the are!
We came in with 10 people with no reservation and were greeted by a very friendly host. The food and service was excellent. Also very kid friendly menu. Strongly recommended.
A recommendation sent us into a little village. Down a steep slope was a tucked away restaurant with great pasta and a relaxed vibe. Sitting outside added to the enjoyment
The La Marlera is hidden in the narrow streets of Mombaruzzo, it is definitely worth finding it! The Osteria is in a beautiful typical Piedmont House, tastefully decorated and the waiters are very authentic and care about their guests. the menu offers not only typical Piedmont cuisine, but also other delicious plates. They have a very good wine selection as well. This is a place we will definitely come back again, the friendly staff and the food are worth many trips to the Osteria!
We enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch at La Marlera in Mombaruzzo recently. The staff we dealt with were kind, welcoming, and provided good service, but spoke no English. We were offered English menus, which we declined. The Italian menu had 6 or 7 items under each of Antipasti, Primi, Secondi, and Dolce. The dishes are traditional Piemontese, with some touches that elevate the results. The wine list is heavily weighted toward the local vineyards and the Mombaruzzo Cantina Sociale , which is excellent and wins Italian and international awards every year for its wines. Reservations appear to be essential given that every table and every chair were filled. We saw no credit card machine and paid in cash. Parking near the restaurant can be an issue so scope out the situation on google maps ahead of time. We parked up near the Municipio and then walked down to the restaurant.
