Since we were passing through Molveno, my father and I decided to stay 3 nights in this facility. Beyond the context which may appear pleasant, there are large gaps in the services and professionalism of the staff: small room, without air conditioning and with a shower that barely supplied water. Beyond the context which may appear pleasant, there are large gaps in the services and professionalism of the staff: small room, without air conditioning and with a shower that barely supplied water. As for the restaurant, although the cuisine is of a reasonable standard, I point out a total incompetence on the part of the dining room staff who treat the customer with disdain and sometimes with rudeness. Wonderful Beautiful rooms, lovingly furnished hotel with lots of nice details, great service, every wish is fulfilled in the best possible way, 2 floors of underground parking , really great: sauna and heated outdoor whirlpool for free use (a great way to relax after hiking tours).
