What winter perkins doesn't like about Village Inn:

Nice people altough the manager didn't comp my meal after my pork chop was raw i received 5 bucks off my $43 bill...
The food is great, but the lack of a handicapped stall or a changing table in the womens restroom is a huge issue for us moms who need it
Food was good bit poor service. Never came back to refill drinks or check on us.

Kitchen is way too slow. 45 mins before food came out and it was not busy. We ended up taking it home because they were closing.
