I recently dined at this restaurant for the second time and unfortunately had the same terrible experience. The cashier was extremely rude, especially when I asked for a drink carrier for our 4 drinks. He aggressively grabbed the money from my hand and then carelessly threw my change back at me, causing most of it to fall to the floor. Additionally, half of my order was either incorrect or missing. The restaurant had no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the staff's restroom practices. While the food was good, the lack of proper hygiene amenities made me question the overall sanitation of the establishment. The staff, however, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I brought up the issue of the bathroom to them, but unfortunately it was not resolved during my visit. I believe they will address the problem promptly and ensure that necessary supplies are restocked. In their defense, the workers were using a separate bathroom.
This restaurant is perfect for a quick lunch break. They were very efficient with takeout orders and always get my order right. I will definitely be coming back for more lunches in the future!

As someone who has worked in the food industry for most of my life, I typically avoid leaving negative reviews because I understand the challenges of the job. However, the consistently poor service from the same rude employee on my second visit has deterred me from returning to this establishment.
They have closed before 2 o'clock. I was wasting my gas several times because they didn't want to help me. I had stuck in a line waiting when I was not allowed to order food (before 2). I was there at 1:50. I was wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break. I couldn't or move forward. if their hours are up to 2, they help their customers up to 2. turn off the lighter. you have wasted my gas and my time more than once. it is a terrible opportunity to treat customers and run a business. I wouldn't give you a star if I could.
I'm a nurse working late. I'm out of the layer tonight and stopped at this taco bell, because I haven't eaten all day. I came in the drive through the line around 1:20 clock with a about 6 cars in front of me, but decided to wait because I am hungry. I came to the order at 1:48 and was informed that they were closed. I looked online and it's listed as open to 2. these are almost 15 minutes early and I waited almost 30 minutes in the line! I asked them when they closed and they refused to answer. she just said we were closed. it was me and another dare. how really? I've been waiting all the time and you'll cut the last two cars first. I'm sorry, but what's going on?
