Steak 'n Shake - Moline

Every time I've visited this restaurant, it has been bustling with activity, but it's always worth the wait. I've consistently received excellent service from the friendly staff, and the food has been fantastic every time! It's important for people to remember that this is not a fast food establishment. The wait has never been longer than what you'd expect at a nice restaurant.

The food was tasty, and the service was satisfactory. However, when I returned to work, I realized that I didn’t receive the cheese sauce I had paid for! I tried calling the restaurant, but there was no answer. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to go back and pick it up.

The food was excellent tonight! I enjoyed a double bacon cheeseburger, and the fries were fresh. It’s been 20 years since I last had SNK. However, I believe that if you spend over $20, you should get dipping sauce for free.

I was pleased to experience a new way of ordering food, although I initially found it a bit confusing. Thankfully, a friendly staff member came out to assist us, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff checked on us regularly. I will definitely be returning. Keep up the great work!

There was no waitress; we had to place our own orders, fetch our own drinks, and pick up our food ourselves. It required constant getting up to grab things. The food was good, but I didn't enjoy the overall experience. I probably won't return!
