Pizza Hut Express - Moline

On Sunday evening, we decided to order Chinese food. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing.

I ordered two medium-sized pizzas (one sausage and one pepperoni) with a side of boneless parmesan wings. The wings were haphazardly thrown into a round container that was only half full, and I ended up receiving two sausage pizzas with different types of crusts. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they did not answer the phone. Overall, this is the worst place to get pizza from - you are better off making it at home.

I don't know the name of my driver, but I left him a tip online. If he delivered my order in 25-35 minutes as advertised, I also gave him an additional $10. I used to work as a delivery driver for a pizza company and receiving good tips was always very satisfying. The driver seemed happy, just like I used to be. He arrived just in time to receive the extra $10, along with the 25% tip and whatever bonus Pizza Hut gives its drivers. Great job to the drivers and many thanks!

I travel for my job, pizza hat is one of my restaurants when I arrive first in a new city. I tried to order a simple delivery pizza last night and there was not a person ready to help me with a hotel delivery. they wanted me to make footwork there; hotel address and telephone number. I have no idea. I was then determined to get my pizza. 4 calls and 2.5 hours later I received a pizza that I feared to eat. my second call they refused me pretty much. I was horrified of what always tried. will never use pizza hat as I am home again.

I hate to do this as I do eat here quite a bit. However, the pizza is god awful... Customer service is great and no issue with carryout speed, dellivery I get less often but very so-so. Some nights their early, some they are 2 hours late and some tight on time. But the pizza is paper thin, hard, flat, flavorless, I could go on... Other pizza huts are much better or I would assume that this was a corporate issue and out of their control. If you have the means, go to a different store.... Best one I have eaten at with consistant good food is Clinton,IA (shocking..IK) as far as closeish to quad cities.
