What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
I was really upset first. I ordered a meatless and cheeseless pizza online. I decided to cut clean, but there was nowhere for me to write food allergy (at least I did not see any place). I tried to call immediately after the order, but they took me right away. I landed five more times before they answered. Pizza would have been lot better if someone would cooked it . : The center was so doughy it stuck to the box and the cheese it self was still in solid shreds, umelted. I mean a med 2 topping pizza shouldn't be that hard to cook properly.
Delivery driver showed up at the door, knocked briefly and left with my food before I could get to the door even though the instructions were to *leave at the door*. They cancelled that order and then a second one. When I called to leave a complaint, they let the phone ring and didn't pick up. The single worst service I've ever had with any company.
I have to say that when I called for delivery, the worker was rude. However, the service was fast but not worth the price I paid.
This restaurant should consider closing due to the virus. It appears that they have all their employees working out of fear of losing their jobs, which is unfortunate.
The restaurant is often empty, resulting in many pizzas getting cold. The staff seem disinterested and only focus on serving the customers who order pizza.
