What t dislikes about Icy Bubbles:
I wish I could give them half a star. We were really looking forward to trying a smoothie from this place, but we ended up waiting over 20 minutes. There were only two people ahead of us, yet ten other customers were served before us. When I went to cancel our order, the very nice cashier confirmed that it hadn’t even been started. I would say bubble tea from Icy Bubble taste yummy than some bubble tea shop in Chicago. Roll ice cream was good too. Definitely come back for more.
I have to leave a great review because the staff was so awesome! After getting my smoothie, I spilled my drink everywhere, and the staff was so kind to me and remade my drink for free!! Excellent service and it tasted amazing.
I highly recommend checking out this spot! They offer a variety of flavors, from different types of tea to fruity beverages. They also serve smoothies and rolled ice cream. Personally, I love the frozen taro!
The customer service is excellent, and the tea and ice cream are delightful. It's always a fun experience watching the staff prepare the ice cream right in front of you!
This place is very nice! The atmosphere is really fun and the staff is amazing. I have only tried the popping Boba but it was so good! There is ice cream, tea, smoothies, etc. I really recommend it!

Wow! I've found my new favorite spot! The rolled ice cream is absolutely delicious! This place is incredibly cute and fun, and the service is friendly and welcoming!
I'm still relatively new to ordering bubble tea, and this was my first visit to Icy Bubbles. Sadie was fantastic and took the time to explain the menu to me. I decided to go with a strawberry fruit tea featuring mango jellies, and it was delicious! I will definitely return to explore more options!
One of the finest bubble tea spots I’ve ever visited. The summer drink was outstanding, striking the perfect balance of flavor without being overly sweet. The staff provided excellent recommendations and service. The rolled ice cream is also delightful; just keep in mind that since it’s made to order, it takes a little time. However, it’s fascinating to watch them prepare it right in front of you.

Icy bubbles is always a must have when we are in the area. My go tos are the Gone Bananas or Monkey Business while my son enjoys the strawberry delight. My oldest likes them for their tea and jellies. Very cute place for a quick sweet treat.

I tried a couple different rolled ice cream treats here, both were delicious. My wife had a type of sweetened tea that she really enjoyed. I highly recommend stopping in if you are ever in the area.
This place is awesome I got the sealed with a kiss chocolate and it was so yummy! Also super fun to watch them make it!
The shop's atmosphere is adorable, but I would still return even if it were located in a dark alley because everything is just that good. I wanted to come back immediately after leaving! I highly recommend trying the popping boba, especially for those who aren’t fans of tapioca. In my limited experience, the fruit teas taste more like fruit than tea (which is a huge plus for me as I'm not a big tea drinker), and there’s even a sweetness scale if you prefer something less fruity. The ice cream is out of this world! I can't wait to try more items from their extensive menu!
