Waited at the menu board in drive thru for 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. The only reason I didn't leave is because I was trapped in the drive through by people in front of Anne behind me... And then I specifically asked to have my bread sticks a little well done, and they completely ignored that.. View all feedback.
