Overall, the service was quite good, although our server's attentiveness diminished a bit as the restaurant got busier. The shrimp and crab dip was delicious and met our expectations. My husband enjoyed his catfish strips as well. However, the brown sugar salmon was a major disappointment. This dish is usually my favorite, served in its own dish which highlights the wonderful flavor of the brown sugar. Unfortunately, this time it was plated alongside cheesy mashed potatoes, and the salmon had an overpowering horseradish taste that left my sinuses burning—I couldn't eat it at all. Even the onion straws on top had that strong flavor. I ended up sharing my husband's meal instead. Perhaps if you're a horseradish lover, you might appreciate it? I sincerely hope the chef returns to the original preparation, as it’s a dish I—and several friends who were not with us this time—always looked forward to enjoying.

The atmosphere was lively with great music, dancing, cold drinks, a full bar, and a lovely patio. While I spent most of my time outside enjoying the music, I did try a drink indoors, and the interior was pleasant with a friendly staff. The place also boasts a stunning view of the river. I can't wait to dine there!
