Bass Street Chop House from Moline Menu

What DiningGuide Reader doesn't like about Bass Street Chop House:
We were seated at 6:30 and at 8:20 left and never received our food! Service was terrible! We were out of all drinks (including water! for at least 1/2 hour. Our waiter ignored us, as he must have screwed up and didn 't put our food order in! The manager ARGUED with us on our way out, saying it Wasn 't Appleby 's ! Very unprofessional!!! We were seated at 6:30 and ended up leaving at 8:20 without ever receiving our food! The service was appalling. We were left without drinks (including water) for at least half an hour. Our waiter seemed to ignore us, likely because he forgot to place our food order. To make matters worse, the manager argued with us as we were leaving, insisting that it wasn't Applebee's fault. This was incredibly unprofessional and poorly handled. They lost out on a $400 bill, not to mention the bad reviews we've shared with our friends!
