There's always a wait on th weekends, so we went on a weekday. We were seated right away. The waitress that was supposed to wait on us never came around, after sitting there for almost 10 minutes. Another waitress came by, apologized for her coworker, and proceeded to do a great job the rest of the night! Their Cesar salad didn't taste like the usual dressing for such. Terrible food, ribblets were old tasting and old fries cooked twice, there are too many good places to eat in the area, Wendy's would have been a better choice next door. I always enjoy visiting Applebee's; the family atmosphere is genuine, and the food is consistently delicious!
This Applebee's has been on the decline in the last 3 or 4 years. The service is lacking, which may be due to the staff getting younger and lacking a sense of pride in their work. Our waitress was quite disappointing and seemed indifferent to our needs. There is a waitress named Tara who has been there for a long time, and I wish we could have been seated in her section because she is truly exceptional. She is definitely the shining star of that place!
Many years ago we stopped going to applebee because of the service and quality of eating. we went back a few weeks ago and the service was good and eating. win it another attempt, again the service and the eating was good. we will definitely add this restaurant back to our rotation.
The food was excellent. There were plenty of staff, but the service was a bit slow. Our waitress did her best, and I believe she was the most knowledgeable among the team.
The wait time for being seated was frustrating, but it appeared that there were plenty of servers around, unless they were not assigned to that task. The appetizers arrived hot and fresh, just like the main dishes, all within 30 minutes. The service was outstanding, and our waitress was very friendly!
