Caffi Florence - Feedback

What Neil Demuth doesn't like about Caffi Florence:
Visited today, 29th October 2023, and well what can I say. The service is exceptionally slow with one person serving and four people in the back. I would like to say preparing hot food orders, but as it took 30 minutes to take my order and the people in front me only ordering hot drinks and cakes I have no idea what they were doing. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Full English Breakfast, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience, though there were a couple of minor delays. As for the atmosphere, it was decent but not particularly noteworthy—it's a comfortable place to enjoy a meal, but it could benefit from a bit more character. Overall, I highly recommend the Full English Breakfast here, and I look forward to returning for another round!.
