White Castle Mokena

White Castle hits the spot on almost any night. They are known for the Sliders, but you are missing out if you don 't take advantage of their sides and other items. For instance, I believe they have some of the best milk shakes around!!

Horrible experience! Took 15 mins to be seated. Another 10-15 mins to have our order taken. Then 45 mins later our food never came. We flagged someone down and told them we never got our order. They claimed there was a glitch in the system and they lost the order. We ended up leaving.

We made reservations for Valentines Day. I think White Castle came up with a great idea when decorating and setting up their restaurants for this day. Very novel. Our Waitress was excellent and very attentive. Considering it is a Hamburger store, the staff did a great job of waiting on us. The only negative that I have is that we brought my wifes 99 year old Mother, who uses a walker, with us. We had to stand at the entry door for close to 10 minutes to be seated when there were open tables. Once seated all was fine. People standing around at the door occurred during our entire meal. It would be recommended to have a person dedicated to seating customers.

We ate in our car for Valentine’s Day due to the pandemic, we were unsure what to expect this year. We have celebrated Valentine’s Day at white castles for several years now. The parking spot had a heart with a cute saying, and a heart spray painted on the ground. The service was great! We had Courtney who was sweet and kind! She was attentive and hard working in the cold weather! It was a great experience!

We love Valentine's Day at Chateau Blanc! Highly recommend the experience to anyone that has ever had a late night slider!
