The Great American Bagel - Mokena

I consistently place my orders through the app to ensure they’re ready when I arrive, but they never are. They only begin preparing the order once I get there, and the staff often seems annoyed by my presence. Some of the employees don’t say a word; they just point to the total and set the bag on the counter. I really enjoy the bagels, but the customer service definitely needs significant improvement.

Everything was wonderful from the food to the staff! Fast service just from walking in and having a large order! Thank you very much!

Only one employee working and they can't properly provide customer service . started taking my order in drive thru then randomly started taking someone else's order inside the store surpassing my order... didn't much understand that. very displeased. order was not completed.

Best bagel sandwiches I've ever had in my life. Their paninis are pretty bomb too.

This place is fantastic! They truly care about their customers and treat you like family. I needed last-minute catering, and they stepped up without hesitation. Excellent service!
