I arrived about 10 minutes after ordering and found that my meal was freshly prepared just as I got there! The service was excellent, and they got my order exactly right. I highly recommend this location! The staff were also very friendly!

When I returned for a refund, the employee refu... read more I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. After taking a bite of my sandwich, I discovered hair in it. When I returned for a refund, the employee refused to give me a full refund because I had already eaten part of the sandwich, even though I had consumed some of the hair. She then put on gloves and proceeded to inspect the sandwich meticulously, ultimately finding a five-inch hair. Instead of believing me, it felt like I was being accused of trying to take advantage of the situation. This ordeal took an additional 25 minutes of my time, not to mention the 10-minute drive each way. The employee even called a manager at a remote location and continued to argue with me while holding up other customers who were waiting in line to pay. The manager on the phone was completely unhelpful and unapologetic. I was left feeling utterly disgusted by the behavior of the entire staff. I've been here several times before and had shrugged off past issues, but spending 25 additional minutes fighting for a $16 refund is simply unreasonable, especially considering that I had even tipped them.

She mentioned that I should order a kids meal, it is cheaper than just a sandwich meal. It was a rough day for me, and I didn’t even bother looking at the menu. I just order what my son wanted. Thank you for letting me know. This location is clean, bathroom is very clean. Didn’t have a problem with this location.
