Mindy's Ribs - Mokena

Mediocre food, good service, nice looking dining room. I can't understand how Mindy's became a barbecue joint based on the barbecue. Sauce was uninspired, and the only thing the spicy sauce had going for it was a vinegary kick. Rib platter, shrimp basket, rib plate, pulled pork platter, came out to Shrimp was terrible, fries were excellent. Pulled pork was recommended as a popular item, but didn't have much going for it. On Monday 11/15/2031 about 1:15pm I placed an order on the phone for pickup which was a gyro dinner we got the fries that we ordered, wrong dressing on the salad and no extra gyro sauce, plus a full rib dinner which came with choices. I got a baked Potato and corn on the cob with CV old cornbread. The ribs were nothing but bones and char next to no meat for 18.95 a tipoff. Food was delicious and fresh. Staff was very friendly. Great decor and great atmosphere inside.

It's ok. The staff was kind of rude. Food was ok. Not as good as I remember.
