He used his hands to scoop the salad from the container and to sprinkle cheese on top. I really think using tongs would have been a better option. I was quite hungry, so I went ahead and ate it. I'll let you know if I get sick; if I don't, I might increase my rating to three stars. The salad itself was fine. This was my first visit, and in the future, I would probably opt for hot dishes that are less likely to be handled with bare hands, like breakfast items such as omelets or pancakes cooked on the griddle and served directly with a spatula.
