I’m honestly so upset. I get it’s food but for someone that use to eat a lot of Carl’s Jr and hasn’t had it in 22 years and the one time I go to try it again I get disappointed. I ordered a large double famous star my soda (dr pepper) and fries were great. I was running late btw so I couldn’t go back but I get to work mind you I can’t leave, I open my burger up and it’s literally just cheese and one patty. Ruined my whole mood. I’m not sure how someone misses all the ingredients I only asked for no tomatoes. Just dry. I tried calling 5xs no answer just honestly want my money back. I was better off going to jack or McDonalds at that point. This is why I’ve stopped going to slot of these places I worked in food for years so I get it but you’ve missed 95% of the burger. Truly upsetting. Now I’m at work stuck with a bad mood and no food that isn’t dry asf. And they took long asf just to give me something I didn’t order they took it upon themselves I guess to give me what they wanted to give me!

Nestled in Mojave, this restaurant presents a mixed bag of experiences for diners and takeout customers alike. While many appreciate the speedy service and clean environment, complaints arise over pricing and food quality. Some guests found the cost of meals excessive, particularly for fast food, while others found their orders incorrectly prepared. Highlights include the teriyaki burger and steak quesadilla, praised for flavor and freshness. Friendly staff, especially at the drive-thru, enhance the experience, although management’s response to feedback has been called into question. Overall, it remains a popular pit stop amid varying opinions on value and service consistency.

This place is way too expensive. $17 for a fast food meal is stupid one packet of condiment and you can't even get a small any more. You can go to chills and get 2 meals for $20 and sit in a nice atmosphere not crackheads walking in and out. With that being said the staff is very nice.
Just stopped in with my family for a quick bite on a road trip and had a great experience. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The food good! Hot and quick and the entire place and bathrooms were clean!
While passing through Mojave on a road trip, I decided to revisit my long-held affection for the Western Bacon Double Cheeseburger at Carl's Jr. We opted for the drive-through, which gave off a sense of subpar service, even though we didn't have the usual interactions with the staff. The food appeared to be hastily assembled and wasn't particularly impressive. It served as a reminder of my teenage fondness for Carl's Jr. – a memory from quite a while ago – and that perhaps it's time to move on from such tastes. Overall, it's not a place worth seeking out, especially considering there are so many better options for a burger.
I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I received at Carl's Jr. in Mojave, CA. The young man working the drive-thru was incredibly polite and has a voice that's perfect for radio! It was around 5:12 PM on June 14, and he had a mustache, but unfortunately, I didn't catch his name.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The general manager, who I believe is named Ahura, seems indifferent to the establishment. I witnessed her treating her staff unprofessionally, including yelling at an employee to clean the counter while she was on the phone. Someone in her position should not behave this way. She also rudely denied an employee a short break during a slow period. To make matters worse, I saw her take money from a tip jar before leaving the restaurant. Ahura needs to be held accountable for her actions, and it's clear that this restaurant needs some significant changes, starting with her.

The service was quick, and the food at this Carl's Jr. was better than at other locations I've been to.
Great staff at this place! I spent around $19 on food and needed an extra box for half a burger. They were more than happy to help me out.
The burger and fries were both served lukewarm, and the fries were quite hard. Overall, I didn't feel that the meal was worth the $14 I spent.
The food was delicious and served hot. The manager/cashier was very friendly, taking our order and ensuring everything was accurate!
I really enjoyed the steak quesadilla at Carl's Jr. The pico de gallo was excellent, striking the perfect balance of flavor and spice without being overly tomato-heavy.
