Thai Golden Beach

I am new to Thai cuisine but I really enjoyed the food here.Entrées were satay chicken and curry puffs. The satay is nice (but I have had better...needs more peanut sauce) but the curry puffs are to die for!Trying to remember what we ordered for mains (can't find an online menu) but they were also fantastic (mouth watering when thinking about it).Staff were very friendly and service was quick. A small but very nice establishment.

Skip the entree go straight for the mains.. We ordered a variety of entrees, spring rolls, wontons and curry puffs. While the prawn spring rolls were perfectly cooked and quite delicious the other entrees weren't quite up to scratch. The steamed wontons were slightly chewy although the filling was tasty and the regular spring rolls and curry puffs were over cooked, almost burnt. However the mains very absolutely delicious. We ordered king prawn jungle curry and crispy/crunchy spicy pork dish listed on the specials. They were both delicious and well worth another visit to enjoy these lovely mains, full of crisp fresh vegetables and covered in delicious sauce. Our choice of plain steamed rice was slightly disappointing it would have been better to order a fried rice or pad Thai, as the two serves of plain rice at $3.95 each were tiny and not quite cooked to my liking, maybe because it was at the end of the night and that was the last of the bulk steamed rice cooked earlier in the evening.

Great food! Great family restuarant! Good sound track. Byo is a bonus!!

What special place. Absolutely beautiful food. Couldn't fault our delicious, spring rolls, chicken satay, crispy pork belly, Thai golden duck and coconut rice. It was a quiet night for the restaurant but the staff were ever so friendly! Definitely be going back!
