Grammy Kitchen exceeded all our expectations! We ended up here somewhat unexpectedly after my friend’s C8 Corvette broke down nearby, and we were in desperate need of a good meal and some cheering up. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly accommodating and understanding of our situation, making sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our meal. The food was absolutely fantastic. The chicken pot pie was the perfect comfort food, rich and flavorful, and the homemade biscuits were a delightful treat. My friend had the meatloaf, which was cooked to perfection and accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and savory gravy. We also appreciated the little touches that made our experience special, like the freshly baked bread served with herb butter and the complimentary dessert they brought out after hearing about our car troubles. It’s clear that Grammy Kitchen goes above and beyond to make their customers feel at home. Overall, Grammy Kitchen turned what could have been a frustrating day into a memorable and enjoyable experience. The excellent food and exceptional service make this place a true gem. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully under better circumstances next time!
This was amazing! Stopped on the way to the sand dunes, ordered a brisket sandwich, DELICIOUS, and had a raspberry lemonade pie for dessert! Sam served us and was very hospitable! :
GO TO GRAMMYS Hearty bacon, homemade biscuits, and HUGE phenomenal cinnamon rolls.
If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The rest of this review is for British/Irish tourists. We live here in America, and we are currently on a little roadtrip. Go here if you can. The fries (chips) are proper homemade chips like you'd make at home (if you could be bothered). The baked potatoes are fresh, tasty potatoes that aren't reheated, dry and gross. It's proper food, everything fresh. The nutrients! Also the pies are delicious. I could cry! But I might have a nap instead as the portions are massive. What a gem.
