No one on arrival. We'd have two disabled help to bring the suitcase to the 1 floor. Double room ordered single room. Washbasin so small that already the hand wash ended with small flooding. Telephone didn't work. The cleaning left much to be desired. Breakfast, since only 1 person was essential on the plate served breads taste old. Essen was excellent for staying there alone
A service without equals! Exclusive, elegant and high-quality hotel with always excellent, professional and warm personal customer service. This in all areas of door, reception, gastronomy. Thanks unrecommended. Will definitely come back
