However, I still had to pay for the additional items. Therefore, I'm only giving 1 star, and even that's through gritted teeth. Absolutely not recommended. I will never order from there again.

However, if you select... read more I ordered from Lieferando. The taste was okay, but they ignored my request to bake the pizza dark and crispy. Okay, I can live with that. However, if you select an extra item during the ordering process that costs extra, you should actually pay for it! I chose a Quattro pizza (35x35 cm with a regular crust) as an extra for €1.50, and that's what I was charged. But the pizza was only 26 cm in diameter! That's fraudulent and not customer-oriented! If they do this with every extra order, they're cleverly increasing their profits by cutting corners on ingredients at the expense of the customers! Incidentally, the regular size of the ordered pizza, according to the menu, is 29 cm, which is also 3 cm larger than the delivered pizza! All in all, the menu information was incorrect, I paid too much for too little pizza, and customer requests were ignored! I will no longer support or recommend a pizzeria that delivers less than advertised. So, as a customer, please check your delivery to ensure the stated dimensions are correct!

The delivery man who delivered my food earlier doesn't seem to enjoy his job very much! That was my impression. At least there was a hello. I didn't pay the exact amount in cash. I didn't even want the change back. I didn't say anything, though. There wasn't even a thank you, let alone a goodbye; he just turned around and left. And then he was so cheeky as to leave the front door wide open!!! That's one way to scare away your customers
