What User doesn't like about La Tettoia:
Well, to be honest, that's pretty much it. The menus sounded quite ok, so we got some dinner delivered. We had pizza, the porcini one sounded excellent but was pretty unflavored. My wife's one was also pretty boring. View all feedback.
This Italian restaurant is excellent . very good menu, varied and everything is excellent! from pastas to meats, pizza to spaghetti and penne rigatoni and antipastai, salad, fish, gnocci, tortelloni and their specialties everything is good! and the surprise is. the review - very reasonable. a perfect place to go to a pleasant dinner at a reasonable price. also recommended by locals!

Every time I'm in Moerfelden-Walldorf, I'll take at least one meal here. I am highly recommend quattro formagio pizza. if available do not miss homemade tiramisu is great.
To be honest, that's a lot. the menus sounded quite good, so we got an evening meal delivered. we had pizza, the porcini that you sounded excellent, but was quite flaming. the one of my wife was pretty boring.
I was a little taken by surprise when I went into La Terroia outside Frankfurt (staying near the airport due to a flight delay). A great Italian restaurant in this small community in northern Germany wasn't on my radar screen. However the Sicilian penne dish...that I had was excellent, nice and spicey with a little zing of heat, was great. To finish up, a cappuccino and homemade tiramisu were an excellent finish. Now the restaurant only has about 5-6 tables for eating in, but from my vantage point I was able to watch the kitchen staff putting together pizzas for delivery. This was real old-school, hand thrown dough, lots of fresh toppings, and they all looked delicious. As the Italy versus Spain game was on the radio, it was fun to watch things in the kitchen slow down as the radio announcers voice increased in pitch and crescendo'd when the goal opportunity was missed, and the kitchen tempo would pick-up again, this was an Italian restaurant right out of Calabria. A great restaurant if your in the area (especially if your flight is missed and your in a hotel near the Frankfurt airport).
