I acknowledge that it could be a one off. But we purchased chips and some potato cakes for lunch a couple weeks back and half of them were soggy or even raw in the middle. Same with the potato cakes. Felt like i was eating battered Cardboard. When asking questions about this on their website to i was ignored. View all feedback.
I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I definitely did not feel like I got my money's worth of $6. However, after speaking to the kind manager on the 27th, I am happy to report that everything was resolved. The chips and service were wonderful last night on the 30th.
The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional! I highly recommend trying it out just for the service alone. Give them a chance, you won't be let down!
Great food, fast delivery and order online is easy for a quick dinner!
Lovely friendly service, great value and fresh. Found by accident but will be back on our next time in Moe
