My barber, who has a falafel place next door, opts for Ofer's falafel, despite it being a 10-minute drive away. And it truly lives up to its reputation. The service is exceptional - always smiling, helpful, happy, and forgiving. I believe they should serve as a model for other businesses on how to be generous and provide good service. Everyone from my accountant to my barber, who has a falafel place next door, raves about it. The restaurant is just a 10-minute drive away and the falafel is truly delicious. The service is exceptional, with staff always smiling, helpful, cheerful, and forgiving. I wish other companies would follow their example of generosity and good service.
