I could record this restaurant to anyone visiting Modica. It’s a bit outside the city center and therefore less touristy. Each dish is prepared with a small twist. Very high quality food and good selection of wine. There’s a possibility to sit outside in the garden. Very enthusiastic staff. Definitely worth a visit not only by vegetarians. View all feedback.

Singola was just an amazing experience. As a vegetarian, but usually just getting the herbal side dish is my usual experience. But Singola took my culinary experience to another level. We shared dishes and the flavors plus combinations were sensational. Armondo was a great host who made our night. Friendly and friendly.
Excellent experience! I wish I lived in Sicily so I could go back regularly! The service was outstanding and they paid careful attention to my nut allergy, so I did not have to worry. As a vegetarian, it was a pleasure to taste the fusion of flavours in the organic produce they use. The food is very imaginative and this is a very unique restaurant.
