The employees seemed to completely ignore us, avoiding eye contact and refusing to assist. The management is clearly lacking. We won’t be returning.

The service was great, my order was accurate, and the young man at the drive-thru was very friendly. Additionally, they had plenty of food available at 6:30 on a Friday night, unlike the Turlock location, which really needs improvement.

I stopped by today at 2:30 p.m. and asked about their dining hours, but no one could give me a clear answer. They guessed it might open around 8:00 p.m. because they close to clean. Just yesterday, they shut down well before 5:00 p.m. When I asked for the corporate phone number, the staff didn’t know it. I requested to speak with the manager, who also didn’t know and told me to look it up online. I already had the number but wanted to see if they would provide it. I’ll be contacting corporate to file a complaint because this location shouldn’t be operating if it can’t uphold proper food safety standards. There have been numerous times when burgers were undercooked, orders were wrong or missing items paid for, and even cookies were reheated. Save yourself the hassle—DO NOT COME HERE. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
