This is the best place I have ever been to! I am so happy we stumbled upon this hidden gem. We didn't even know about it until we found it on Yelp. The food was delicious and the pho had a rich and flavorful taste. My only complaint is that sometimes they are so busy that they don't have time to clean the tables right away. But other than that, it is definitely my new favorite restaurant! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Viet Noodles Xpress:
I was disappointed to find a piece of black hair in my first bite of a Volcano Roll. It completely turned me off and I no longer wanted to eat. I also ordered the Steak Pho and Salt and Pepper Calamari. View all feedback.
The soup broth was delicious in both dishes, packed with flavor, and the portions were generous. This is the best pho in Modesto!
The shrimp was perfectly cooked and hot, but the sandwich was only partially wet and soggy, I'm not exactly sure how. Overall, the food was always good and tasty.
First time ordering from here and the pho and the chicken rice plate was delicious! The veggies were fresh and broth was nice and hot and very flavorful. I also ordered Iced Milk Thai Tea and its the best ive had. Will definitely order from here again. My new favorite pho spot .
The pork egg rolls were delightful, maintaining their crunchiness. The pho was served with a generous portion of meat and noodles, and everything was well presented.
