A fantastic place for family gatherings! The service was friendly and attentive, and I found the prices to be very reasonable. Unfortunately, my apartment is a bit far, so I can't visit often.
Everything is fresh and delightful. I've always received my orders accurately and they consistently meet my expectations. However, I'm not particularly fond of the wraps. The cookies, on the other hand, are absolutely scrumptious!
I stopped by Subway for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service from Marie, the young woman who assisted me. She was incredibly kind and patient, especially since I struggled to make a decision. She never rushed me or made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. While Subway isn't a fine dining establishment, great customer service is important to me, and because of her excellent service, I will definitely come back. The restaurant was also very clean and well-organized, and the vegetables and toppings were remarkably fresh.
DON'T FALL FOR THE TIP SCAM AT SUBWAY The store is set up so that when you swipe your card, it asks if you want to leave a tip, offering 15%, 18%, or 20% options. Before deciding to tip, I asked the workers if they actually receive the tips from card payments. They looked confused and said they didn't think so. I pointed out that if they did receive those tips, management would clearly explain it during training—how hourly pay works, how cash tips work, and how debit card tips work. Their lack of answer showed that management isn’t informing them that tips from card payments go to the employees. So, it seems Subway is keeping those tips while hiring young workers trying to earn money, effectively taking tips meant for the sandwich makers. THAT'S A SCAM. CUSTOMERS TIP BASED ON WHO MADE THEIR SANDWICH. THOSE DEBIT CARD TIPS SHOULD NOT GO TO THE STORE OWNER OR CORPORATE. Beware when ordering from the Subway menu.
