I had a disappointing experience at this food truck on McHenry. The tacos I ordered, specifically the lengua and tripa, were undercooked, which poses a risk of illness. I've enjoyed their food in the past, but after this experience, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either. The food was good but now it's bad, it lacks flavor... you order tacos from one meal and they give them to you from another. The tortillas are cold, the sodas are not cold, I don't think I will return.
The food is delicious and very good prices. I will surely return and highly recommend it. The only thing I have to go on is that the person taking the orders is someone who shouldn't be there. It is not friendly at all and it is not pleasant at all to order the food, which by the way is very delicious.
