I usually enjoy dining at Popeyes, but on Monday, July 3, 2023, my experience was disappointing. I ordered my usual meal, but the biscuit tasted like it might have been leftover from the day before, and the chicken was not as flavorful as usual— it also seemed a bit old. Everything arrived hot and fresh, and nothing was missing. The delivery was quick too! Thank you!

I frequently order from Popeyes and typically love their food, so I'm hoping this was just an off day for them.
The drink wasn't cold or frozen. The chicken was overcooked and tough. Also, there were no straws provided.
