This restaurant serves some of the best tamales I have ever had. They are not soggy, but firm and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend trying the corn tamales and chicken tamales, topped with green sauce and cream. The service here is also exceptional.

I will not be going back to this restaurant. The chicken was mediocre (more dough than chicken), and I couldn't bring myself to try the pork as it had a disgusting smell. Also, there was a rude young girl working there.
The service was quick and the chicken tamales were delicious. The prices were reasonable as well. I didn't try any other items, so I can't comment on them.
I literally never like to complain but i just had to. I literally made this account just because my experience was this bad. I have seen their tamale truck around the block from my house (about 10 houses down) i considered supporting their business since i have seen their friendly faces before but the Tamalees were not good at all. Real mushy and it couldn't be because they were busy. I was the only customer there and i still received bad food so what was the cause for giving out sloppy food? Not to mention that they damn near wake the whole block up at 5am bright and early (3am sometimes) with the loud machines used to cus their corn and or loud phone conversations followed by some music. I understand you are running a business but they take no consideration that someone like myself who works graveyard and lives a couple houses down can STILL hear all the commotion going on at their residence. I was going to give their version of a delicious Mexican dish they call tamalees a second try until i passed by the neighborhood and saw them dropping the un-husked corn on the floor and just proceeded to cut it into the big bowl without washing it. I quickly decided to say never mind. Bad food, but worse neighbors.
