We h... read more We ordered at drive through, but when we got to the window and paid with a debit card, he come to the window and told us he couldn't fill all of the order. We had ordered a four chicken wing dinner. He ask if we wanted something else on the menu,and we said no. We asked for the money back for the item they didn't have, and he repeatedly kept naming other options. Hethen said his manager just left, and he was not authorized to refund the money. So after all the back and forth we asked for 6chicken tenders, received the order and left. The tenders were hard and dry. We could not eat all of them. I will not comeback to that location again. You should know what's on your menu before you accept an order.

Got home just to realize they forgot at least a quarter of my order and I ordered coleslaw as my side and I got fries for my side instead. Yahit sucked. Worst fast food experience I had, and I eat out alot so that's saying something.

So once I walked in to try to get my meal inside I stood there for 10 minutes beforeanybody even came to the counter ridiculous

The biscuit looked like it was bitten, fries were cold, they forgot my drink and my sauce. I tried calling them to have a refund cuzI didn?t think it was fair to pay almost $15 for that, and they didn't answer. I called 15 times and no answer. We also had towait for our food for 20 minutes and it was the worst kfc I ever had. I'm never coming back here again. After we were asked towait, 4 other cars parked to wait after us. The place needs major change. I would give it 0 stars if I can.

I ordered 5 piece tender meal, mash potatoes and coleslaw. So I pulled around and 10 mins later nothing. So walked in and they had me cold orderwaiting right there. Where is the care in peoples order . Also that over priced food was $17.00 for 1 meal. Ridiculous. Neveragain. BTW my biscuit looked like someone took a bite out of it. EWW
