About two weeks ago, the young man at the drive-thru was quite rude and rushed me to order, even after I told him I was still looking at the menu. He insisted they didn’t have what I wanted, so I decided to leave and find a place with friendlier staff. I gave it another try today, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, the same young man was working and showed the same attitude. His rudeness is not acceptable for a drive-thru role; he’d be better suited working in the kitchen away from customers. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I recently visited the drive-through and was overwhelmed by the numerous signs indicating items that were out of stock, making it difficult to see the menu clea... read more I recently visited the drive-through and was overwhelmed by the numerous signs indicating items that were out of stock, making it difficult to see the menu clearly. I decided to go inside the restaurant instead. There were no signs posted inside, but when I approached the counter, the employee, who was eating at the time, informed me that the item I wanted was unavailable and suggested I should have read the signs. However, there were no signs in the restaurant, and he clearly knew I had just come from the drive-through. The rudeness of this staff member was quite surprising. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and this location certainly deserves its poor reviews. I hope things improve, but I wouldn’t be upset if changes were made, including the employee's position.

He definitely deserves a raise. Everyone should be as spirited as he is during their shifts. Thank you, Eddie, for everything and for making the KFC menu experience even better!
