El Pollo Loco - Modesto

I would give this restaurant 5 stars because the food was delicious as always. However, the overall experience was very impersonal. They forgot a part of our order and the chips in our combo meal were lacking. The young lady at the drive-thru was difficult to understand and had to repeat herself. Additionally, they didn't provide all the items we ordered at the window. Despite these issues, the food was still hot and healthier than most fast food chains. Overall, you get what you pay for. Customer service was lacking, but I suppose we don't pay for it and it does make a difference.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the customer service is exceptional! The staff is friendly and courteous, and the food is delicious. A special shoutout to Natalie R, who was an amazing cashier.
