Domino's Pizza - Modesto

I ordered a pizza that was delivered incorrectly, but the restaurant quickly replaced it with a delicious alternative. The ersatzpizza ended up being one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted - it was perfect and delicious. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience very enjoyable.

The delivery arrived early, but they forgot to include 2 liters of drinks. The big box meal was disappointing, with too much pepperoni and the mushroom being overly sweet.

As a busy family, we often order pizza and unfortunately, we have experienced receiving burnt pizzas from this restaurant multiple times. When I called to address this issue, I received excuses that didn't make sense, such as blaming it on their ovens. It is frustrating to have to return the pizza and wait for a new one, especially when we ordered delivery. It would be better if they checked the pizza before it was delivered to ensure it is cooked properly. Despite enjoying their thin crust pizza when it is not overcooked, we are disappointed by the frequent issues we have encountered with their pizzas. Perhaps Pizza Hut has better ovens.

Ordering the delivery because I entertain guests in the last minute. it should take less than half an hour. an hour passes and nothing shows up. I call to see if they may have a hard time finding my place, and they hang on me when I tell them I have a question about my order. I'm calling back, and I'm forwarded to an automated message that my delivery is on the way. another hour goes by, and I finally get a call that tells me there are no delivery drivers, and that I have to pick up my order. my order had been sitting since 915 a.m., it is now 11 a.m., my guests have gone. I tell them to cancel my order. they agreed and said I was refunded since I paid online. this happened on the 8th, I was not refunded yet.

Love this pizza! The prices are unbeatable, the quality of the pizza is great, the staff is happy, friendly and helpful. All around 5 stars! Good job Dominos
