When did that happen? A friend mentioned some good reviews, so I checked it out but hadn’t had the chance to visit until now. After a few visits, I can confidently say that both experiences were fantastic! The staff is friendly, and it’s a great breakfast and lunch spot in downtown Modesto. I visited family after the holiday and really enjoyed spending time downtown.

While I didn’t order a coffee myself, I noticed that nearly everyone else around me did. I tried the Hash breakfast plate, which was delicious. I also liked the system where you pay upfront, allowing you to leave right after finishing your meal without waiting for the bill. I was in and out in just 45 minutes, which is impressive for a Saturday breakfast at 10 AM!

Although I didn't order a coffee, I noticed that everyone else did. I had the hash breakfast, which I really enjoyed. One thing I liked was that you pay before eating, so you can leave as soon as you finish without waiting for the bill. I was in and out in 45 minutes, which is perfect for a 10 o'clock Saturday breakfast.

I had ham and eggs and country potatoes. The country potatoes were pretty much drenched in oil and mushy, the ham was lunchmeat style ham. I will say that the staff was Was friendly and personable. I’d be willing to try it again and look forward to their improvements with breakfast. My hats off to the new owners for taking on what is probably one of the toughest businesses to be in.
