We waited around an hour and a half for our food, all while noticing that other tables seated af... read more Our experience at Dave and Buster's was less than satisfactory. We waited around an hour and a half for our food, all while noticing that other tables seated after us received their meals first. When we expressed our desire to cancel some items from our order, both our server and the manager were very understanding. However, one of the staff members who delivered our food seemed to have a bad attitude. She rolled her eyes at us and responded with a lot of attitude simply because we decided to cancel our order, despite the fact that we approached the situation calmly. My cousin explained that we understood they were busy, but it was unacceptable to wait so long while others received their food before us. On a more positive note, our server was fantastic and did everything she could to assist us, and the manager was also great. As someone with experience in customer service, I recognize that issues can arise, but we won’t be returning.

My brother didn't even receive his Caesar salad until we called a manager over. We also had to get up to ask for refills on drinks.

It took more than 30 minutes to be acknowledged then we ordered our food and drinks and we did not get any silver wear and straws. We received silver wear 5 min later but not our straws. Until 10 min later that we asked again for straws. Food and drinks were ok. When we asked for out tab we asked for it to be divided individually, server looked annoyed at our request.
