I expected a lukewarm plate with average steak and perhaps warm chicken at best. To my surprise, the steak was incredibly tender and seasoned perfectly. The chicken was delicious, and all the necessary sides and toppings were included. The meal was hot and satisfying. I’m very pleased with this experience and look forward to coming back for more great meals like this! Excellent job, Chili's!

Overall, my experience was great, and I enjoyed the wide range of meal choices. The only drawback was the wait time to be seated, which was around 50 minutes. On the bright side, they offer a kids' menu with child-sized meals and desserts, which I thought was excellent!

I was told I would have to pay extra to... read more We went to Chili's to celebrate my birthday but quickly changed our minds because they don’t accommodate food allergies. I was told I would have to pay extra to substitute items like cheese. Other restaurants understand food allergies and make changes without any issues. I am allergic to yellow cheese, as well as the yellow dye in mustard and mac and cheese. The waitress insisted I had to pay to change the cheese. She wasn’t attentive and even brought my salad with cheese before taking it back to remove it. Overall, the dinner was, to say the least, quite embarrassing.

However, I think I may have annoyed the server when I requested him to dry the table, which was quite wet—probably from the last cleaning. In the end, everything turned out fine.
