I really enjoy those delicious Hershey's pies. *licks fingers* Unfortunately, the employees and managers are generally rude, except for one short, kind lady.
The food is tasty, but the service is lacking. The staff seems upset when you use the Burger King app for discounts, and their tone instantly shifts once you mention having a code. I won’t be returning!
I've never had any issues at this Burger King location, even during slow times caused by staffing shortages. However, today I ordered an original chicken sandwich and requested it medium. The employee told me all combos come medium, which isn’t true. I was still charged an extra 50 cents for the upgrade, but to make matters worse, she gave me a small instead! I don’t mind the extra charge, but seriously, that's disappointing.
An elderly female employee, possibly a manager, didn't even ask if I needed assistance while I was waiting at the counter. 9/15/22
