Tried here the first time the sushi, almost years after each time abounding like the first time one of the few in modena that has maintained has improved quality over the years, with recent addition in the lunch menu of some delicacies that were only there in the evening, chapeau!
The sushi is very good, and then I love the waiter boys who work here, they are very kind!
I tried this place by chance at lunch and since then I always come back because you eat really well! also the restaurant is cozy and there is a large parking lot. I'll be back again! absolutely recommended!
Very good, the choice of dishes is not very wide, but the quality is very good and the rice is not stopped as in many other places

The service wasn't that great and sushi was cold. Waiters weren't really nice and didn't understand languages except for Chinese. I will not come back again!
My husband and I had a sushi craving and this really fulfilled us. It is off the beaten path so you would need a vehicle to get here and it is in a not so obvious spot. But, the sushi was flavourful and the restaurant was very clean, bright and spacious! I would recommend.

Each menu item I tried at Ginza has been fantastic! The service was great (especially considering I do not speak Italian very well) and each dish was prepared to perfection. My waitress was particularly attentive and always brought subsequent orders quickly.
The place is decent, nothing special despite the recent opening. The food is good, waiting time too long. Value for price is unbeatable : 12.90 € all you can eat at lunch, 22.90 € all you can eat for dinner (some nights, better check if it is an issue). The choice is wide enough and includes some tempura. Service ok. If I need good food and nice location/ambience I go to Higashi. If I need good food and good price, no doubts this is my place.

Delicious sushi and super friendly staff. I wish I lived nearby so I could go there more often. I love their seared miso sauce! It's super good and they use a lot of it (sometimes too much, but I appreciate it . They also don't mess around with the grappa at the bar. Amazing!!
Ginza is Ginza. Above average among all the other all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants. The products always meet expectations. For the price, I highly recommend it; the price is lower than average but the quality is superior. The menu doesn't try to be exciting; you won't find Japanese-Emilian fusion cuisine with the prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano nigiri, but it delivers on its promises with dignity. The wait staff is always knowledgeable and helpful, and even during peak hours, service remains fast. I often go there on my lunch break because it's close to work, but when I have the chance to organize a sushi dinner, Modena is always my first choice. The owner is tireless and always smiling, with eyes everywhere to satisfy the needs of everyone who enters his restaurant. Highly recommended, in case you hadn't already understood.
The food is good and the owners are very friendly. The atmosphere is clean and the prices are reasonable. That's fine.
Gentlemen, let 's face it, without taking the mickey out of ourselves: the best all-you-can-eat sushi in Modena and its province. Special mention for the infamous Ginza sauce, a top-secret recipe and a constant worry that keeps the owners of other Japanese restaurants in the area and beyond awake at night!
New fusion restaurants are popping up, spectacularly decorated and constantly offering new twists on traditional dishes. But they cost as much as a Michelin-starred restaurant and impose more or less subtle restrictions without significantly impacting your wallet. Ginza guarantees quality food, a friendly welcome, and fair prices without any rip-offs. We're always happy to return. We've been coming here regularly for years.
